依据开启式自由锻时,铸钢件主中心线与别的两方位规格的关联,可将铸钢件分成两类七种,即短轴类铸钢件和短轴类铸钢件。闭试自由锻时,按金属材料流动性分压挤和镦挤,即第三类别是压挤类铸钢件,此外也有顶镦(镦锻)类铸钢件,顶镦又分成两类,即构件顶镦件和管材顶镦件,各种铸钢件均有自身的煅造特性。煅造时锻击方位与主中心线平行面,金属材料沿长、宽、高三个方位与此同时形变流动性,归属于容积形变
2.短轴类铸钢件以及煅造特性
短轴类铸钢件主中心线方位的规格远高于别的两方位规格,其又分成直长中心线类、弯折中心线类、幼叶类、叉类,例如中间轴、前轴、发动机曲轴、离合拔叉、分离出来叉、曲轴、卧锻转向拉杆等
煅造时锻击方位与主中心线竖直,形变金属材料沿长短(主中心线)方位的形变流动性较少,可以类似当做是平面图形变.

They are further divided into straight and long axis types, curved axis types, branch and bud types, and fork types, such as intermediate shafts, front shafts, crankshafts, clutch forks, and separation. Forks, connecting rods, horizontal forged knuckles, etc.
When forging, the forging direction is perpendicular to the main axis, and the deformation flow of the deformed metal along the length (main axis) is less, which can be regarded as a plane deformation.
