大家都知道,CNC精密零件的模膛是由铸造工艺决策的,铸造工艺的首要特性是自由锻倾斜度、衔接圆弧和分模面及其田细加工工艺样子,而现阶段常用的CAD/CAM软件(包含POWER-SHAPE等手机软件)都并不是对于CNC精密零件开发设计的具备铸造工艺特点的常用手机软件,因而导致了CNC精密零件三维造型设计的多元性,假如把铸造工艺特点从CNC精密零件的三维模型上提取出来,CNC精密零件模膛的样子就显得十分简易了,把分离出来了加工工艺样子的实体模型称之为CNC精密零件的数据模型,拥有数据模型,再在它上边加上上加工工艺特点,就可获得达到铸造工艺的最后样子。在沒有专用型CNC精密零件三维造型设计手机软件的条件下,创建数据模型这一核心理念就可以把三维造型设计规章化、流程化,进而提升设计效果。
As is known to all, the die bore of the forging die is determined by the forging process. With the conceptual model, the final shape satisfying the forging process can be obtained by adding process characteristics to it. On the premise that there is no special forging die 3D modeling software, the concept of establishing a conceptual model can standardize and step up the 3D modeling, thus improving the design effect.
